Restoring Deleted Avatars

Hi there so i logged in the other day and all was fine and now my avatar and account is gone ive been here for over 5 years , can i plese have it restored 
avatar is SohanaFM thanks . (ok so the application does not tell you game in under maintanance you need to try and log in to the game in browser to find that out so thats why my account is not working . ) ill delete this after the maintaince if my account is bk .
